Uses of Water

1. Drinking

Level 1 (Verbal): We drink water — body needs it every day.

Level 2 (Symbolic): No water → thirsty, tired (simple).

Visual: Glass of clean water at meal time.

2. Washing and bathing

Verbal: Wash hands before eating; bathe; wash school uniform.

Visual: Tap, bucket, mug at home.

3. Cooking and farming

Cook dal and rice in water; irrigate mango orchard and paddy fields.

Morning routine before school

Step 1 — Wake → drink water → **drinking use**.
Step 2 — Brush teeth, wash face → **washing use**.
Step 3 — Mum cooks idli using water → **cooking use**.
Step 4 — Water tulsi plant → **plants use**.
