Answer: She **has worked** / **has been working** here since 2021.
Both acceptable; continuous emphasises duration.

• Since with simple past.
• Will in both clauses of type-1 conditional.
• Past perfect overuse where simple past enough.
• Static verbs in continuous (knowing → know).

• Past perfect: When I arrived, the film ___ (start).
• Present perfect: I ___ just ___ (finish) lunch.
• Future plan: We ___ (visit) Delhi next month.
• Correct: He is living here since 2020.
